The company has a great culture, with many hard working and talented employees. Most feel valued in their positions and communication is consistent from executive management. The work is challenging and dynamic and the facilities are very nice. The company has had steady growth over the last several years. Benefits are great.

Very good culture. For the most part, people are friendly and helpful. I don't think I've walked into an environment Day 1 and felt as comfortable as I did here. My experience with my manager, Jodie, was excellent. If you work in the Contracts Department, you'll be happy to work for her. The benefits were probably the best I've ever had at any company and the insurance premiums weren't that bad considering what you were getting. Salary compensation is competitive as well. One thing I've learned is you can really tell how classy an organization is by how they treat you when you leave them, and even as I was leaving the company everyone thanked for my time at Iron Bow and how valuable I was to the team. They're probably the only former employer that I'd ever consider working for again.

Cons

There was a particular problem in the Contracts department where the VP of Contracts left and wasn't replaced, leaving a power void in the department. Ultimately, management decided it was better to replace those responsibilities with multiple Contracts Managers instead of someone at a VP level, leaving it confusing as to whom had the decision making authority in the department. It's something I hope Iron Bow executives realize need to be corrected.

Iron Bow is a company full of great people that are all working towards the same goals. My experience has been positive. My ideas and opinions are valued and there are ample opportunities for professional education and advancement. The company truly believes in ethics and putting the customer first. Great place to work.

Cons

Being a remote employee means you can feel disconnected at times. If you're in sales it's sink or swim so you've got to be self motivated.
