A handful of very good sales reps and some very promising contracts could provide improvement to revenue and profitability if managed correctly.

Cons

Executive/Senior team lacks direction, vision and strategy. The lack of experience in growing a company and managing/understanding the various departments and how they contribute leaves this company disjointed and directionless.

Many of the individual contributors are genuinely good people, however, the management bait and switch tactics leave them reeling and bewildered, and morale takes a beating again and again

Inconsistent practices and policies from division to division; shady lay-off practices; laughable promises from management

Good at keeping up with technology, some interesting learning opportunities if you can take advantage of them. The pay and compensation package while good does not make up for all the flaws.

Cons

almost everything else. The Subject Matter Experts are not listened to. Useful employees with a specific skill set are released to retain, bloated sales infrastructure people.
