We’re glad you enjoyed working with the people here, as we have a great team and often hear positive feedback about them. We’re sorry you were not satisfied with other aspects of your employment, as we strive to be a best place to work. Our Executive Leadership Team places a high value on family and providing a good work-life environment.
Regarding Customer Care and holiday scheduling, we’re open most holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. On holidays when we’re open, we have limited Customer Care staff, and they work shorter shifts than usual. We ask for volunteers to fill shifts. In appreciation for their time, Customer Care employees who work on holidays receive time-and-a-half pay or a floating holiday to use in the future.
