Pros

-Great place to work for the two years I was there. -The CEO and his wife are great people with a sincere vision of helping people improve their lives. The people in general in all departments are great to work with. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to work, and they foster a great culture and sell great (if overpriced) products. If you're looking to get a couple of years of experience at a stable, positive company with good benefits, this is an excellent place to work, but you will likely have to move on to opportunities elsewhere if you want to move up in your career.

Cons

Unfortunately, because the company grew so quickly, it was struggling with outdated processes and systems, making it difficult to move projects forward. In my opinion, CEOs are too involved in small decisions which would best be left to the managers and their departments. This is also likely due to the company's exponential growth over its 15 year life. Because the company is trying to break its revenue goals, it stacked all departments with middle-managers and VPs from outside. The products and business model have a bit of a learning curve, so even if they were qualified for their titles, it was frustrating for younger employees who had been around for 3-4 years to feel like there was no more upward mobility there.

Dear Isagenix Employee, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It is our intention to create a comfortable, supportive, and engaging environment for all employees, so we are concerned to hear that your experience at Isagenix is not in keeping with our goal of being the best place to work or reflective of our recent local and national “Best Places to Work” honors. Because we know we can always improve, we appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. Please rest assured, we do strive to get feedback from all employees, not just managers, through employee meetings, such as our What Drives Us quarterly meetings and employee feedback surveys, such as the one we completed last fall through a third party vendor. We always welcome employee input at all levels. Regarding Glassdoor reviews, as a best practice, we encourage employees to provide a review on Glassdoor but never request employees leave a positive or negative review specifically. We feel all feedback is helpful as we strive for continuous improvement. In regards to the office lighting, this was one of our many sustainability efforts initiated in 2016 to reduce our company’s carbon footprint. Our building’s floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood in, minimizing the need for artificial light produced by electricity. Certain sections of lights may be turned off depending upon the sun’s position, reducing our overall energy needs and contributing to our sustainability goals. For any other questions or concerns, or to share more details about your experience, we encourage you to reach out to your supervisor or our HR department at EmployeeRelations@isagenixcorp.com. Thank you again for your feedback!

Pros

The benefits are great and the pay is decent too.

Cons

The quality assurance team has unrealistic expectations. They stand over your shoulder constantly and nitpick every word you say. Rather than listening to your calls from their desk, like a normal QA team does...They'll walk around the floor, listen to your call while sitting right next to you with their headsets plugged into your phone, and stare at you while you're on a call. It's very uncomfortable. I was failed on a call because I said "I'd be happy to assist you with that." The workforce team is over the top. I would take 30 seconds of after-call time to submit a work ticket, and they would instant message me asking me what I was doing and why I wasn't on a call. Management does not trust their reps. It's very sad, because during the 8 week training process, they make it seem like we're trusted and given our space to grow, while in fact it is the opposite. They claim their culture and values are top notch, and the work/life balance is great. But they barely give you time to even use the restroom without it counting against your scores.
