      Pros

      Owners really care about employees. Benefits are great especially during a time that most employers are cutting benefits we seem to be adding. Access to best nutrition for personal consumption and the culture is really family oriented and about helping one another and helping people.

      Cons

      Not many cons other than sometimes it seems that the skill and knowledge of those that have been here for a long time is overlooked because we have SO many new and younger kids that have started working for the company.

      Pros

      I LOVE the positive attitudes of the people I interact with within the company. They have created a wonderful infrastructure, where it is easy to get feedback and training. I have been impressed with their management on every level.

      Cons

      You must be self-motivated to succeed. A good skill to develop, if you don't have it already. If you are an associate, one drawback (or plus depending on how you look at it) is many of your friendships will become re-framed and redefined, since there is often no boundary between "work" and "life". As I said in the Pros, the people working here are gems, so having them as friends is definitely a great thing in my experience.
