      Freedom to work wherever I choose and at my own pace with the close friends and family

      Cons

      Wrongfully labeled as a Pyramid Scheme. In actuality it is direct sales plus commission based on team building.

      Fun and social. Had a great work life balance which suited me. Management approachable and friendly at all levels of the company

      Cons

      I am scrapping the barrel here because I have to put something, but I suppose there is not an awful lot of room for career progression.

      Pros

      So many wonderful people work here. I love my team, and I've always had great experiences with other teams. You'll have good and friendly co-workers here. Pay has been fair, benefits are good.

      Cons

      It's been a revolving door as of late with a lot of turnover in management. In corporate, Isagenix feels like it's going through an identity crisis as it tries to keep up with market trends while clinging to it's roots as an MLM.
