      Pros

      They have the potencial to be great.

      Cons

      They pretend to be a company they are not. I’ve never experienced so much disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of empathy. The bottom line is they do not care about people just the almighty $$ it’s sad really.

      Pros

      Being able to purchase products at Employee Discount is very beneficial.

      Cons

      The company claims to care about employees but is only concerns with the bottom line and management getting their bonuses. They have no loyalty to long-term employees who helped them reach their success. What promotions are given are not earned by merit; it is who you know.
