There really is nothing I can think of. I would recommend the company to anyone that is willing to give their all, and still have a personal life.

Amazing Positive energy running through the company. Great Benefits package including. The company has a strong focus on the importance of your family life, and naturally, your own health and wellness. Isagenix actually has an on staff wellness coach for its employees. The “higher ups” are extremely approachable and care about their team. Team based environment.

Cons

The Direct Marketing world maintains a high energy that isn’t for everyone. Lots of travel. Company is having expected growing pains as it continues to exponentially grow (to be expected)

Cons

There are very few cons here. You have to work hard to stand out because there are people who have been hear a long time with strong relationships, but if you work hard, people will notice!
