Dear Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience as an Isagenix independent distributor promoting Isagenix products and solutions to your customers. We appreciate the diligence and commitment required to build your own business and congratulate you on your progress. We just want to clarify that Associates are independent distributors that run their own businesses and are not employees of Isagenix. Since Glassdoor is a resource for people to share their employment-related experiences, we want to ensure that comments from independent distributors can be evaluated appropriately by Glassdoor visitors. Congratulations, again, on your Isagenix business! We wish you great success!

Pros

Free product on site, variety of healthy non-isagenix food provided in cupboards and refrigerators (has since been removed to cut costs within the office)

Cons

Zero opportunity to progress within the company, set salary, you will not get paid for overtime, if you attend events you are sometimes working 7-12 days straight and not getting paid for the overtime hours (even if you're working 10-12 hour days), you'll be flown home on a Sunday night and expected to return to work again first thing Monday. Bullying in the workplace and just a general feeling that you're replaceable.
