      Pros

      Solid company, lots of growth, lots of advancement opportunities for talented individuals. Working in a brand new building built from the ground up is a plus!

      Cons

      Every growing company goes through growing pains. This company is now a "small big company" and as we take on more and more business, new policies and procedures, tools, processes have to be implemented, which can take time and patience.

      Pros

      They try really hard to make a fun company culture. Nice building architecture The employees work hard and this shows. Good team environment Discounted products if you're into that

      Cons

      The culture is nice, but it seems a bit forced. It's also pretty homogeneous. If you don't fit in, you'll stick out like a sore thumb. Some company policies are very antiquated. My role was stagnant and I was unsure about further career opportunities. Cubicle life. Too many meetings It's MLM.
