      Pros

      I LOVE the positive attitudes of the people I interact with within the company. They have created a wonderful infrastructure, where it is easy to get feedback and training. I have been impressed with their management on every level.

      Cons

      You must be self-motivated to succeed. A good skill to develop, if you don't have it already. If you are an associate, one drawback (or plus depending on how you look at it) is many of your friendships will become re-framed and redefined, since there is often no boundary between "work" and "life". As I said in the Pros, the people working here are gems, so having them as friends is definitely a great thing in my experience.

      Pros

      They try really hard to make a fun company culture. Nice building architecture The employees work hard and this shows. Good team environment Discounted products if you're into that

      Cons

      The culture is nice, but it seems a bit forced. It's also pretty homogeneous. If you don't fit in, you'll stick out like a sore thumb. Some company policies are very antiquated. My role was stagnant and I was unsure about further career opportunities. Cubicle life. Too many meetings It's MLM.
