      Pros

      A fun and professional environment to work in. You feel like a valued member of a large and happy family. Working events and shows, though demanding, are a rewarding experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can feel undervalued with your ideas and input. There are times when it's so busy, there is more of a; "just get it done, don't worry how great it is at this point," mentality.

      Pros

      The company offers a lot of opportunities to stand out and excel. In general they're very results focused. They're supportive of their employees and overall value a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Working in an MLM industry is not for everyone. Many people have been there for upwards of ten years or more this has led to a bit of staleness in management and a tendency to stay the course when perhaps more aggressive action is required.

      There seems to be a great support system and compensation plan. The products are amazing, and I'm looking forward to growing with the company.
