      Pros

      The company offers a lot of opportunities to stand out and excel. In general they're very results focused. They're supportive of their employees and overall value a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Working in an MLM industry is not for everyone. Many people have been there for upwards of ten years or more this has led to a bit of staleness in management and a tendency to stay the course when perhaps more aggressive action is required.

      There seems to be a great support system and compensation plan. The products are amazing, and I'm looking forward to growing with the company.

      Pros

      Close to where I live pay was ok Bonus every February as long as your not a warnings, discounted Isagenix products for employees.

      Cons

      Total Favoritism, Supervisors cannot do their jobs well which mean you suffer. Immediate Managers are out of touch on what's going on, on the floor. people who went for other jobs who were totally qualified and had tenure didn't get them over new people with less time and less experience, Favoritism. They try to instill we are family?? They bend over backwards for their associates( network marketing company) not for their employees.
