Pros

Isagenix is a rock solid company -- defined by a highly competitive & top-of-the-line product, a strong leadership team with high standards & lofty goals, and a strong compensation for those who can build a clientele / growing sales organization.

Cons

As an MLM organization, one enrolls under another individual / team. For individuals who are not self-starters, or who have not had previous MLM or sales experience, their success may be limited by the leadership and success of the team they enroll under.

Pros

I have a lot of confidence in the quality of the product and feel it can make a difference in people's lives

Cons

it's difficult to get people to not look at the price tag when it comes to their health so some training on how to approach people with getting started on Isagenix would be hepful
