      Awesome Culture, Positive Energy, Amazing Products

      Pros

      The new building has brought about a buzz of positive energy and excitement. The company was great before, and now they are taking it to the next level! People are friendly, open, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about our customers and co-workers alike. The products are the real deal, and employees can take advantage of a significant discount.

      Cons

      All new companies experience growing pains, but Isagenix seems to be agile and progressive. Some business processes need to be fine-tuned, but they are working on it and encourage change rather than squashing initiative.

      Pros

      The people you work with are amazing. The office is beautiful in fit out. Always a stocked kitchen to find something easy for lunch.

      Cons

      Management style is very bad borders on bullying staff. Parking is disgusting everyone promises a space and then no one gets one.

      Pros

      This is a review for the corporate office. Isagenix takes care of their employees, with multiple bonuses, parties, and free/reduced products. Outside of the Customer Care department, upper management (i.e. Coovers) are fantastic. They do not make it seem like they are above you, they are extremely nice and willing to talk to you, always say hi and ask how you are.

      Cons

      The Customer Care department is not run the most efficiently and there was a little bit of nepotism within the upper management. They value seniority over everything. Also the amount of PTO and sick time you accrue each paycheck is crappy. Basically, do not get sick or they will very happily write you up.
