Pros

Used to be a good place for young high school kids to gain experience into first corporate job and move one with lot of perks but has now changed

Cons

Bias, not genuine and Nepotism promoting undeserving candidates. Unstable and constantly changing policy decisions. Work harassments and extensive pressure with no compensation whatsoever. Since Management is not capable, poor leadership and no vision causing high attrition rate and dissatisfaction among all employees. Not sure if they are planning to close down ANZ office but feels like that
