      Pros

      Great atmosphere, friendly office, and good coworkers. Most people really care about what they do, and the owners take time to show their appreciation for work

      Cons

      If you don't learn well on the fly and need structured training, it could be hard to adapt at Isagenix. If you learn by doing and fixing previous mistakes, you'll like it.

      Pros

      Very health-minded company that walks the talk. This company also takes pretty good care of it's employees.

      Cons

      Some of the leaders have challenging personalities and the structure is such that you may be more limited in what you can do and how far you can grow because it's top heavy.
