      Very interactive and great for employees that are self-driven.

      Pros

      Great leadership within the company. Able to see the progress because of the transparency within management. I enjoyed working for them and still do currently.

      Cons

      Lack of documents provided for their products. Tough to explain benefits without third party recognition of the products. Made it tougher to establish the credibility of the company.

      Pros

      Fun and flexible environment. Sr. Mgmt really cares about the employees and the customers. Beautiful new building and will never go hungry.

      Cons

      Cust Svc dept can be not so flexible. Everything is last minute and changes constantly.
