Really there aren’t any at the London school

Cons

If you want to work with people who don’t understand education, who don’t care about students and happy to pay utterly useless individuals a salary which has been over inflated for years. Then join. Never worked anywhere where with such toxic culture

They pay you, if you are lucky you get a free piece of fruit each week, there are some nice people.

Cons

Brutal and toxic workplace, people just disappear, you are told they resigned but they are pushed out at the whims of management. Very disorganised as a place in general. Constant cut backs which mean students keep paying more but getting less.
