Extreme bullying behaviour from management and favouritism with executives. Strategies are implemented for no relevant reason and even if there was a reason only those of higher positions are made aware. Very hierarchical, unless you're offering to stay in the school and work overtime for free like some people do, your ideas doesn't matter. HR department is rude and very unprofessional, if you have a problem you're done for since there's no one else to talk to. Expect to wear many hats and do other people's jobs since they refuse to employ more staff, but then again people come and go every other month. The ones who stay have no choice or they like working in a sweat shop. If you don't have teaching experience, don't expect much support from management unless they need positive feedback. The only thing nice is the building that's all they spend the money on. If you decide to work there trust no one and don't stay for longer than necessary.

HR non existent - no pay rises, yearly reviews are a nightmare they try to put you down instead of motivate you. HQ is based in Milan so all rules/legislation in London campus are around Italy and the way they work. Bullying environment - where managers are overworked and are treated badly by management. EXTREMELY HIGH staff turnover - London permanent staff counts up to 24-26 people and roughly 10 people are leaving each year! That says it all. Vile environment to work with low pay - and be prepared to work 2-3 jobs in your actual job title ! You will be expected to move heavy student tables to prepare before events and nobody cares whether you are woman or feeling unwell - try to say no and you will most probably get sacked at the next review. _Bad leadership _Emotionally exhausting _People are often crying _Unbelieveable hours with no recognition Any workplace would feel awesome after this Asylum! Staff has different yearly days holiday allowance! Some people have 22 days and some 25 - on top of this there are compulsory days u have to take from your annual leave (5 days!) so that leaves you with 18days holidays for year. Workload is ridiculous they expect 24 people in London campus to support school with almost 800 students!!! If you ever made a decision not to join this company trust me you have done yourself a great favour.
