      - Good Benefits (Medical coverage extended to family) - Competitive Salary (depending on the role, it may higher than the average market scale) - Annual Dinner / Company Trip (either one each year) - Good bonus payment (average 4 months) - Semi-Flexi working hour

      Cons

      - Process is not really clear. Most of the process are based on best practice. - Even medical coverage is good, but it doesn't being spell out clearly. - Staff turnover - Avg 2 or 3 resignation per month.

Known as quick learner with an efficient administrative support skills; well experience in SAP and WMS system and can perform effectively under work pressure; and follow diligently instructions passed by my Supervisors.
