Pros
1. Since it is a Greenfield project, a lot of learnings guaranteed. 2. The best thing about the company is, it is situated right in the centre of the Chennai. No one hates to work on the 8th floor of a shopping mall. 3. With 5 days working and the office timing 9AM-6PM, everyone can have a great work-life balance. 4. Team structure is well defined in all projects and you will feel responsible for your deliverables. 5. Managers are friendly and supportive in nature. 6. Japanese expats and their work culture is a benchmark for the budding engineers like me. 7. Pay is nominal and you will get rewarded as per your performance.
Cons
1. We don't have block closure holidays like other OEMs. 2. Integrated canteen would have been an advantage for those who are going out to have lunch. 3. Onsite opportunity is missing. Initially, they promised onsite opportunities toThailand and Japan will be there, but they are hesitating now.
