Big company, great compensations, pays all of the extra hours of work, a big variety of opportunities, leader of the industry in Brazil, expanding to Latin America, always breaking profiting records.

Cons

Downsizing its structure besides record profits, pressure for 150% of the goals, big quantity of tasks to do in daily routine with short schedules.

Pros

1. Opportunity to work with brilliant people This is probably one of the main advantages of working at Itaú BBA. Here, you can interact with very senior and committed staff, which raises the bar to a whole different level. 2. Corporate Culture A strong culture focused on Customers, Meritocracy and Working environment/respect. You are challenged all the time to come with creative solution, to put your opinion, and there's plenty of chances to be rewarded if you do so in a consistent and productive way. People are also friendly and willing to collaborate in different matters, just for the sake of the "'institutional thinking", a well-praised corporate value.

Cons

1. If you are really committed, it’s possible that you will find yourself working long hours – not because people ask you to do so, but there are so many interesting things to do that you may lose track of time and try to embrace more than a regular “40-hours-journey” would allow.
