      Pros

      Very flexible schedule and fully remote. Lots of smart people who are also not overly difficult to deal with.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't the greatest. The salary is a little below the market. Senior management seems more focused on the bottom line and future mergers and acquisitions than the quality and direction of the product.

      Position was eliminated after two and a half years.

      Great People

      Pros

      Great family environment, lots of fun employee engagement, and total respect for the decision to work from home, hybrid, or use any of the offices they have around the US. The people are the best part of Ivanti by far. The company has strong DEI initiatives (in a good way, not political), and even takes part in Pride week celebrations, which is something you may not expect from a company hosted in Utah, but they are very accepting of all stripes and I would STRONGLY recommend them as a company of choice for LGBTQ folks.

      Cons

      Friction between teams can be problematic, especially between engineering/Product Management and Marketing/sales, though I think that may have been specific to my product groupings. Also a lot of middle and upper management turnover over the past several years, though I would blame much of this on the multiple acquisitions that Ivanti had performed at a rapid pace that essentially smooshed 4 companies into 1, so there was a lot of growing pain. This is also a global company, and there can be some head butting between different regions management styles, though I would admit much of that is cultural vs. a company-wide problem.
