      Ivanti has been a great company to grow with. Revenue has been strong and the acquisitions have kept organic growth on track with field teams making good incomes. On a good trajectory...

      Cons

      A history of good culture, but caution that with the churn to the leadership team driving change for the sake of change has had a knock on affect.

      Zero work-life balance for Developers (Risksense)

      Provide you perks and bonus.

      Cons

      Developers need to be on-call for one week including Saturday and Sunday for 14 hrs/day which willl be very hectic and capable of making us sick. Company doesn't provide any sort of compensation or comp-off for the on-call activity which is very demotivating. Each one from team will have to support on-call for a week once in every two months. There is so much of micromanagement in the team.
