Pros

I am returning to Ivanti after leaving them for about 8 months. I'm returning to enjoy the culture, products, and work-life balance. Ivanti has given me some great mentoring and support over the years and I look forward to continuing my development there.

Cons

I left Ivanti because I was working some tough hours. My team was assigned to fix bugs and generally ensure the quality of the product during US business hours. In order to learn and get help to understand the massive product, I and my colleagues would have to stay up late month after month. I'm just not a nighttime person. I have been placed on a team and product where I believe this won't be an issue.

- the middle management is involved and cares about its employees - possibility of working fully remote - company culture is solid and welcoming - possibility of getting trainings

Cons

- not as many bonuses as other companies on the market - not as many benefits as other companies on the market

1. Good people at Ivanti 2. Work from home is great 3. In office snacks are tasty

Cons

1. The turnover is ridiculous 2. Team members who leave never get replaced 3. No structure for career and technical growth 3. Culture has gone out the window 4. Constant acquisitions last year but still not a unified Ivanti (on the technical side)
