Some great people who are passionate and eager to succeed. CEO who is well engaged in the business. Stable senior leadership team Improving benefits and rewards systems.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations on performance vs investment in products Overly reliant on a few key people involved in many projects Too much emphasis on US Ageing Products in need of innovation and stability Executive team are starting to look fractured and mis-aligned Too much change in too short a time period
