      Ivanti - Growth and opportunities

      Pros

      Ivanti established in 1985 has great ambition and has a strategy for further significant growth following its 12 recent acquisitions since 2012. There is a strong culture to learn and improve and opportunities to grow with them. Strengths include multiple products giving diversity and depth and lots of opportunities and the ability to make a real difference as well as to travel depending on your role.

      Cons

      Each day isn't the same as the last as changes are made to improve the products, collaboration and ultimately the value delivered to Customers. If you don't like any change then it may not be for you.

      Pros

      The company has a lot of potential. It has a good story and good vision for where it wants to go. The last year has been very turbulent, however, with too many acquisitions in such a short space of time. Looks like it is starting to turn the corner. Only time will tell.

      Cons

      While the inevitable consequence of lots of acquisitions is that there will be consolidations and office closures, it seems to have been very ruthless and we've lost a lot of good people and product expertise along the way. Most organisations try to hang on to good people but Ivanti only seems to value people if they are located in one of the designated hubs.
