Pros

Close work relationships, office environment is geared towards close friendships and interoffice entertainments, or used to be. But then Ivanti last year, 2019, cut budget and we were no longer able to enjoy gatherings to have that break from the day any more. Typically these were quarterly with a small monthly celebration for birthdays and work anniversaries.

Cons

Compensation is too low for our role. The two renewal roles are too diverse and leaves some of the team members overwhelmed, overworked, underpaid, and constantly under threat of being put on "plan" because they cannot meet the quota. This role has to many accounts that should be transactional, but are not. The other role, if you do not renew a very large deal, it is impossible to make quota, with no way to cover the loss. No more quarterly team rewards for making/exceeding quota. Required to be in the office with no remote days allowed.

Highly competitive salary, Brand-new HQD office (once we return from COVID), PTO on your FIRST DAY (not accumulated), Healty Work-Life Balance, annual Presidents Club trip

Cons

I haven''t been at Ivanti long enough to experience any cons myself, but other sales managers say they've lost some great accounts with the creation of the inside sales team in early 2020. In my opinion, the 95% that did stay after the Spring 2020 changes are more united and excited to work together towards the same goal.
