      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home. Good vision. Good people. Company open to new ideas and how to improve the way we do business. Solid changes to improve existing silos and improve communication. Management has made good effort to listen to employees and initiate changes in recent months.

      Cons

      Growth by acquisition has created confusion. Recent workforce reduction - necessary but always difficult. (Although to the company's credit they haven't done anything like this in over five years.) Too many employees only focused on the negative.

One of our strategies for growth is to acquire companies with products that can help us accomplish this. A side effect of this strategy is we must consolidate products that duplicate or overlap with existing product offerings.       Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of food and some great people

      Cons

      Company is growing way too fast through acquisitions. This has lead to a state of support confusion and lack of direction both internally and externally. Sales teams have suffered and are not meeting expectations.

      Good benefits and nice office building

      Cons

      Mormon strong hold, zero job growth unless you are a mormon man and "church approved" The current CMO prefers to hire his friends and members of his band over fresh thinking, capable and experienced candidates.
