Pros

Fantastic co-workers, marketing, HQ, training, sales kick off meetings. In general, I was treated well at LANDesk. Great benefits. Great HR.

Cons

Upper sales management nefarious at best. Unreal some of the things I observed. Poor treatment of channel partners at times. Deal registration a huge issue for this company. Upper management has no soul. Mediocre pay.

Pros

Some very nice people work here. The good ones are really smart and work really hard. They try to make a fun culture with employee parties and participating in the corporate games. The office space is modern but cramped.

Cons

This is a holding company for Thoma Bravo that brings mostly unrelated software businesses together under one roof. The company strategy is forced and not realistic. Their big margin payment to the investors means no money leftover to invest in unified tech. They are being crushed by competition who have more modern and integrated software. Leadership is not effective. They hire poorly and don’t hold people accountable.
