      It is a growing company and there is more opportunity for growth than there was in the past

      Cons

      Lots of acquisitions over the years that created some uncertainty. Now they are doing the acquiring.

      Pros

      The people are talented and smart individuals. They work hard to get work done. The tech stack can be a lot of fun. They have the potential to do a lot of amazing things. Great benefits package! Ability to work from home when needed is a plus.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to their people. They can't make up their mind what they actually want to do. When they do make up their mind, no formal strategy i created about how to proceed. Older products often get left to the wayside and never updated.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. People were friendly and always willing to help. Best part about the company by far was those I worked with. Good product that is very needed in today's computer environment.

      Cons

      Investors squeeze every penny they can out of the company. Most departments are understaffed as a result. Could go from good to great company if they were given the resources to grow and expand.

We are sorry that resources are not meeting your expectations. This is important feedback that we take seriously and we will make an effort to address this accordingly. In regards to staffing, we have grown headcount from around 600 to over 850 in the last few years and do our best to put headcount in the proper areas.
