I'm a boomerang. I left Ivanti a few years ago to pursue other opportunities, but I couldn't be happier to be back. There are a few pros that really stick out to me and are a huge reason why I wanted to return, if given the opportunity: - The people are fantastic: I couldn't be happier and more confident in my team and manager. Everybody is very collaborative and keen to get things done. In short, they hire you to do a job, they trust you to do it, and you're given a support network to grow you and collaborate with you. - The leadership team is very direct and transparent in communicating key objectives and roadmaps for the quarters and for the year. - Again, the people are just the best: they want to work with you, they want to grow you, and they want and expect your best work and ideas. I have never felt so valued and appreciated in a work setting.

Joined Ivanti as part of Pulse Secure Acquisition into N$G Group. Since then, learnings have only increased. Some of the new initiatives are quite exciting. Management's focus to make Products & Customer successful, while ensuring right Work-life balance, is quite appreciative. The extensive amount of focus on Security and making Products Secure is understandable and important. Good opportunity for Engineers to grow in the Network Security domain.
