      Pros

      Amazing team, amazing manager, snacks in the office, competitive pay, team building days, flexible work/life balance, regular 1-2-1s. President club for top sellers in the company. Generally good atmosphere and love working here.

      Cons

      Though I always loved working at Ivanti in the last 5+ years, I struggled being under different manager in 2025. Working in sales position but no sales metrics provided to you or your team, which we always had in the past. No performance reviews - being top 3 seller but excluded from some initiatives other sellers receive with no feedback given. Back to my old team in 2026 and super happy being under constructive management again with all sales metrics provided (weekly team targets, individual monthly targets and etc).

      Pros

      We have a fantastic locally team that goes above and beyond. When you have Sales reps and Se´s it's easy to come to work and overachieve. That is the biggest reason on why Ivanti is a great place to work.

      Cons

      The one thing that frustrates me is that it's so complex to sell and get recognized. It should be much easier to sell our products and get paid for it.

      Continued Decline in Cluture/Pay/Outlook

      Pros

      Have a number of good product that can be competitive in the market

      Cons

      Struggling to realize positive changes. Numerous additional tasks, steps, barriers to complete work. Ability to make money has continued to decline. i.e. changes in comp structure without realizing how that impacts ability to reach goals/quota. Morale in sales is dismal at best and outlook is not positive at the moment, many reps have left and been let go.
