- Managers seemed to care about my development - I was assigned a helpful mentor - Senior devs gave thoughtful criticism

Cons

- I saw the beginning of the transition from Landesk to Ivanti, change is hard some company wide culture seemed to get lost - Most (landesk) senior developers were on premise/desktop oriented learning a web stack right along newer devs.

Not much, there are more negatives than positives

Cons

Ivanti was created as a merger of a number of different companies. I was working for a company called MobileIron. Most employees has some RSU's that got canceled once Ivanti acquired this company, this stock made up 1/3 of the salary. The upper management had their stock paid out, most other employees had theirs cancelled. There were mass layoffs, people had 2 hours to pack their stuff and leave. A dog eats dog way of doing business. Currently there seems to be a plan outsource our product development to India. Not sure about the other products, but I would say long term there is no future in product development in Europe with Ivanti.
