I look forward to going to work everyday. The faculty, staff, and administration work very well together and respect each other. It is so rewarding to see students go from struggling to a degree!

Pros

Faculty really wants the students to succeed. Students who are at the correct level academically for the class, and recognize the hard work necessary to learn well, appreciate the efforts of the faculty.

Cons

As a necessity, employment as an adjunct instructor is enrollment dependent. So many students are not academically prepared to enter college, and thus do not pass their fall Math and/or English class; this greatly reduces enrollment - and employment - in the spring semester.
