Pros
Having worked at the College for over 15 years, faculty are dedicated and great to work with.
Cons
The constant shift in policy on a regional level is confusing and often a effort in futility and time. Causes loss of time to prep for classes, significant increase in meetings and added responsibility without increase in pay. There is a total disconnect from administrators with staff and faculty in almost every area. Any regional policy, if it has a negative impact is always blamed on central / systems office; when in fact it is a regional decision.
