Clear online certification and course materials.

Currently limited to 29 hours to assure part-time due to Obamacare restrictions.

I worked as a lab tech while I was in school , ivy tech good place to get entry level experience , and also the instructors very helpful

About cons you work just part time because you are student , and also you don't have to opportunities to get hire

Pros

Awesome benefits. You're not going to beat what little you're paying in health insurance. Truly excellent retirement package. Also, the percent increase each year (not guaranteed, but usually happens as long as you meet certain criteria) is fantastic.

Cons

Communication is lacking from department to department. Something will change and no one thinks to communicate that down through other departments. Need some better processes in place.
