      Pros

      A somewhat flexible work schedule, autonomy in teaching, enjoy working with students. Decent salary compared to nearby schools. Time off at school breaks.

      Cons

      Very high work load, little support from upper leadership, only a 9 month contract leaving you without pay in the summer. NO time provided to prep classes, all prep time is on your own and mostly during your off time.

      hourly rates for adjunct instructors were decent. flexibility to teach when and at which locations was a big plus

      Cons

      while the hourly pay is not bad, the amount of work needed to be done outside fo the classroom was more than i cared for
