1) micromanaging and not a lot of academic freedom to teach your students 2) too much administrative things you need to do in addition to teaching that is not reflective of how you’re being paid

They spend as much as they can on DEI and force it down everyone's throats (pun intended), but really don't even care about diversity OR inclusion. THE PAY IS A JOKE, and don't treat the staff with respect. They act like they do, though. It's all FAKE, and it all starts with the President, and each campus' Chancellor. Believe me, it's all a scam. They really don't care about the students or the staff. Just about closing another deal to get more money so they can skim off the top, and the heads make a killing. The student life directors are also thieves, stealing right from the students they supposedly love and work for. DO NOT TRUST THEM. This is a not a good school to work for OR be a student at. They sure do make you think they do, though. All fake, they talk bad about staff and are happy that DEI is going away. The very programs they forced us all to support. We all hate working here, but have to smile and be fake just to keep out jobs.
