      Family environment, stable employer. The overall atmosphere is relatively laid back. Being a school there are a few months of "light duty".

      Cons

      The pay is quite a bit less than other schools in the area. Not a lot of focus on employee retention. Has been a trend lately to not fill vacated positions in order to save money.

      Great environment to work with others. Sense of professionalism with a taste of fun and good humor. Would recommend to anyone

      There are no cons. Colleges get bigger due to students wanting to make themselves better. Just have to serve everyone with a smile and the greatest of urgency
