      Pros

      Ivy Tech is a two year college and you can help students who might not otherwise consider education.

      Cons

      The local management is very egocentric focusing on them rather than the students. The local leadership completely micromanages staff.

      Pros

      Great community culture with camaraderie among coworkers, mandatory meetings are short and to-the-point, hours vary but scheduling will work with flexibility for medical and family matters, and great benefits, including: health, vision, dental, ST/LT disability, retirement employer match, virtual talk therapy, etc.

      Cons

      Layoffs, high turnover, middle management has no training, upper management creates toxic stress everywhere they appear, plus culture of high school drama, gossip, and backstabbing, catty behavior abound.
