      Pros

      Facility and courses are great. Working with students is very gratifying.

      Cons

      Adjuncts are restricted to a couple classes per semester so they do not reach full time status and qualify for benefits. Good luck making a living at this job.

      Pros

      Good people working there. Very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Low pay and very little opportunity. Only seem to get ahead if you are related to someone or know someone. Promotions have little to do with ability.

      Pros

      Helping students reach their goals. Great place to work IF you land in the right department.

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic and top down for a college. Pay is on the lower end of the scale. Some faculty have jaded viewpoint of the student population. Not every student is looking to cheat or scheme the system. Low employee moral, and most people fear the leadership rather than respect it.
