Cons
Nepotism abounds at this campus. Never, ever question administration. You'll be harassed and mentally punished on a daily basis if you dare to share a suggestion about how to improve your classes and student interactions. Employees are constantly threatened with RIF's to make them afraid of imminent job loss (ie don't question your superiors or college policies, even if administrators are violating written policies). It is an emotionally hostile workplace.
