Management gets really toxic. My group had about a 60% attrition rate in the first 6 weeks. There are unclear expectations. When employees who have been there longer bend or break the rules, the new hires get in trouble for it Some supervisors are "trigger happy" with write-ups, which adds even more stress to the multiple written evaluations we undergo every week. Even if there is absolutely NO work to do, don't be surprised if they won't let you go home or work remotely. They want you in that seat for the whole week, even when the kids have gone home for the day. Many coworkers were doing absolutely nothing once the kids were gone and our reports were finished, but they were stuck there. Pay is low.

Limited parking, unrealistic expectations from supervision, very disproportionate pay ( I experienced it first hand, staff worked there longer than me, after 1 year I was making more than her and we had the same previous experience and education...research pay and advocate for more...they can afford it)
