Rewarding and learning from fellow employees and co-workers

Cons

Management sucks. They definitely had favorites when I was their. Pay sucks. I would have stayed because of how rewarding the job is and seeing the kids thrive but management made it hard.

Great team to work with, everyone is very supportive. Lots of resources to use, BCBA SPL, OT, RBTS, Etc. If you’re interested in research they have lots of opportunities to join in. Career support for somone who wants to go into BCBA, teaching, OT, SPL.

Cons

Very low pay compared to what other clinics pay. Does not meet cost of living. ( annual salary 34,000 , 18.33/hr) Advertise benefits as part of salary but must people use it for healthcare so take home salary is small. If you’re pursing your BCBA and are not in a leadership potion or teacher it is hard to get hours due to turnover. Lots of turnover due to low pay and burnout.
