1. No transparency in normalization of salaries across groups 2. US team has significant veto power which is misused at times 3. Smooth projects are considered as easy ones and gets less appreciation 4. Any one can do anything with equal efficiency - management motto 5. Management is least bothered as which area you want to work when under pressure of delivery and expect high level of efficiency and gives very little learning time
