Pros

great team, good salary and social benefits. All in all a great place to work - with some negative points at the Managerial Level in UK. I would recommend Ixia as a place to work.

Cons

Missing work life balance. The Top EMEA Management is a joke. They are no leaders - they are managers and don´t do what´s necessary to make things possible or work. They don´t listen to experts and don´t eat their own cooking. They are doubtful and full of fear.

Pros

Awsome people and a dynamic environment. One can learn a lot in a relative short amount of time. Very good local management and a very relaxed working environment with a lot a benefits.

Cons

Unbalanced workload between maintenance and new feature development. In some periods work tends to be monotonous. Being a relatively large company a shift in direction takes a long time and decissions have to come from top levels.

Overall not a bad place to work, benefits are good.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. Management top heavy. Seems like a lot of the good talent eventually leaves. Some departments have no idea what "TEAM" means. This used to really be the place to work a few years ago
