Free Coffee and nice decor.

Cons

Small office with cliques. No team spirit . Bad manners with each other occurs far too often. People do not treat each other with respect. Some staff have unwarranted egos and self belief. Do not listen to other opinions or new ideas.

Dynamic environment, with lots of people to learn stuff from. That is if one is willing to learn and improve his skills. The rating system upon which, the managers are mainly evaluated based on the feedback provided by the ones they manage

Cons

Teams have a strong autonomy, so it kind of depends who your direct supervisor is. Some people can have a really hard time and be constantly under pressure if their manager is eager to prove himself.
