Pros

If you are someone that is passionate and loves working in an environment where you can take lead, you would be a great fit. Any new opinions or ideas are welcomed no matter your experience. If you have the potential, you will be given a chance for a bigger role. (but after the merger, not so much as before.)

Cons

If you like a systemized work method, you will have a difficult time adjusting. There are ALWAYS a lot of changes happening within all teams. Management is always too busy to make important decisions. There are not enough mid-level employees as most end up moving to another company after 3-4 years. Work methods, workflows etc are not aligned between teams as every team is on its own with no guidance.
